Strategic location. But unfortunately the service is lacking, check in takes a long time, and the receptionist is still using a hair roller 🫢 in front of the customer, it seems like it's not allowed in the service SOP... so it seems unprofessional, they said the room was ready but when they went to the room it wasn't ready, they had to move again 😮‍💨😮‍💨 it's really a shame, sis, the location is strategic but the service is lacking...

The hotel staff is very disappointing, I stayed when I checked in I had already given my identity because there was a damage to the hotel's own printer, then my identity was photographed. it was not a problem but in the morning the hotel staff slightly disturbed my comfort by waking me up by knocking on the door just to ask for a new identity, even though it could have been when checking out. Moreover, there is also a deposit at this hotel or they could have called to ask for a new identity as if it was not urgent, it was just an identity problem, when I reprimanded them there was a reason the photo was lost when checked again the receptionist's cellphone was still stored. felt uncomfortable with the treatment of the staff who were like a modus.
