Great hotel, convenient for stop over , near motorway, easy parking. Excellent service and great selection for breakfast.
Excellent idea of shuttle bus to nearest tram stop. But even on taxi 20-30 euro to centre.

The AC was continuously warm and they were not able to rectify the problem. We were given a fan to help us have cool air at nights and in the days.the fridge didn’t work for the first two days.
The room service in terms of cleanliness was good. They were sure to keep the room tidy everyday.
The breakfast was terrible. Overall I did not enjoy the stay. Don’t think I’d do it again

This hotel was broken. The sink in our room was leaking. They switched us to another room where the shower door wouldn't close and leaked all over the floor. We were excited to go to the pool, but it was broken was well. There was a sign saying that it was closed for maintenance. However, no maintenance appeared to be in progress. All this would've been acceptable for a cheap motel. However, for a 4 star hotel it was not acceptable.

Good stay at Hilton Florence Metropole. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room a little in need of renovation (signs of wear and tear and mould around the bath area). Restaurant was fairly priced when considering you have to travel to go anywhere else too. Overall very good.

Very nice, breakfast was good, shuttle to tram station was great. driver, the only philipino was the nicest person. If you have large luggage definitely need to take taxi. If to train station. Will cost you 30. To 40 euro not very nice.
Take tram to Florence center and back without luggage anytime.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Even though it was not in the city center, it was a short taxi ride away (about €30). Good service and quiet hotel.

My wife and I were very disappointed that the location of the hotel was representated online as being closer to Central Florence than it was. It was advertised as being a five minute drive Which would’ve only been remotely true if you had a police escort.

The hotel itself was good but the shuttle service they have needs improvement. We waited 30-40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when it only takes 10 minutes to make a full loop. Furthermore, the whirlpool is an extra 10 euros a day per person, which is the first time I have experienced anything like that.
