Great location, easy access to Ginza area, within walking distance to the crowds. Amenities are provided in the lobby. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Room was a bit small but consider it normal in Ginza area. Water and ice cubes machine are provided on the floor.

The Hotel is close to Restaurants, shopping and Metro. I couldn't find an exit from the Metro with a Lift so that was challenging. Super efficient staff and Room was good for one person but that was what I had booked. Very clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Tea/coffee facilities and small fridge was appreciated. Great to have a small seat and table.

Hotel looks slightly different than what was advertised but it was still nice. The double bed room was very small which made luggage difficult. However, the temp and cleanliness was good. The location was good for tourism and taking the train.

Room was clean, loved the amenities in the lobby, staff was attentive and helpful. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Really loved the storage room for luggage and washing machines and dryers on site. The ice machine, water and vending machines on each floor was very convenient.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was really great lots of good food and shopping around and very close to metro. The hotel itself was nice however the rooms were a little run down. You can just tell/feel it’s an old hotel

Hotel was nice overall, and service and conditions worthy of the price. It was upsetting that the hotel amenities were limited, and the Godzilla draw didn't really benefit hotel guests (not allowed on patio where the head is, restaurant with limited hours and [gasp] $10 espresso (standard shot) from the bar. Overall, it was nice, but ultimately an average stay.
