Close to metro station and bus stop. Restaurants and convenience stores are all nearby. Room is clean and new. Pleasant stay. Good choice for those who will visit Tokyo Disney (about 15 mins bus ride ) Just 5 to 10 mins walking to airport bus stop.

Really this hotel is exceptional. It exceeded my expectations much more then any other hotel i have stayed at. - The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. - The room is very cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet. - The room includes many amenities. I did not have to bring any toiletries. Tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, soap, razor, hair brush, cotton ear swabs,... All where included. - The room was cleaned meticulously. When i asked for the room not to be cleaned, they would place a bag on my door handle with fresh towels and pajamas :) - 5 minute walk to the subway (Kasai station) which made things very convenient. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel very much!

The rooms are really outdated. There is a lot of dust.. once you open the blinds you are able to see it. No drinks available like other hotels we stay at in the area.

The location is good, but the place is filthy, the bathrooms, the floors, the bedroom furniture is really dusty and dirty, the mirror is so dirty you can’t even see your self, the windows, the bathroom floor is really unsafe, so slippery, the the shower is inside the laundry room and there is only one, do not stay in this place.

The location was good. Near the Kasai Station. We chose it because it was close to Disney. We were a couple with 2 kids and they always left 2 towels and we had to claim the other 2 everyday. The carpet was very dirty. Dust everywhere.

You can only use the elevator to get to your room. The stairs for the fire escape are all locked. I felt trapped in this building.

The room was pretty gross when we arrived. Smoke stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, pee on the toilet seat. The front desk service was nonexistent as they made you use a machine. It’s fine if you’re traveling on a budget
