Hotel is clean, down the block from West side of Shimizu train station. It has buses and taxi at the train station. It is very convenient to get around. There is a Lawson a block away, restaurants on the same street. I had a very big room. The buffet breakfast was simple but good. There were both western and Japanese food options. The buffet room was very clean and looks modern.
Shower is separated from toilet and sink so it is good if you are staying with others and do not have to wait on each to shower. The only negative was the shower floors tiles were old so when I stepped on it, water comes out of one of the tile. Hard to keep clean clothes dry in the shower since it gets very misty inside and wet all over the floor. Other than that, it's a good hotel for convenience and comfort.

Staff was friendly. Parking was full but they showed us to a lot just down the street. Breakfast was great. Shower room was big and shower head was full of pressure. Bed wasn’t the best but still ok with 2 choices of pillows. Area was super convenient. Good value for the money.

Nice clean reception. Very limit d breakfast selection. Very compact room. We could only get a smoking room, not good, as you come out the lift doors the stench hits you. Hopefully non smoking floors were much better. Toiletries available from a set of drawers in reception. Very close to station.

Very nice hotel for business. The room was super clean, and all staff was kind with high hospitality. There was just one thing that I would say about the storage. My room actually didn't have a closet, so I was struggling to hang all my formal wears. There was a tiny hook on the wall, but it didn't help me so much. However, except for that point, I want to stay there again definitely.

Good overall condition of hotel. Only slight downfall was that hotel bavks onto train tracks but this is of minimal bother as the room was well noise insulated. As such, the distance to the local train station is about 100 meters.

I stayed here for a long weekend in Shizuoka in spring. Location is very convenient - very close (2-3 min) to Shimizu station and Shin-Shimizu (less than 10 min) and lots of food options in the area. Convenient for transportation to get into Shizuoka and also to Miho-no-Matsubara. Clean room (decent size for a budget hotel in Japan too), very friendly staff, and decent buffet breakfast options every morning.
