The onsen was my highlight of the property. Only one hot bath and no saunas but the facility was nice and clean. Chiba is a quiet residential area, but the hotel was close to train station and plenty of restaurant options in the area.

First time traveler to Japan and the staff were very helpful! The room was so comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. There’s also a train station and family mart within walking distance and it was so convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a great stay! The staff was amazing and we never had any issues. There was unlimited shopping and restaurants walking distance as well as several train stations just a 5min walk away! Would definitely stay again!

I thought the property was in a decent location, about 15 minute walk from Chiba JR station, or if you took the Keisei line, about 2 minutes from Chibachuo station. The room was a decent size, and it had a bathtub, fridge and other usual amenities. The only negative was there was a lack of grocery stores close by. There was a convenience store every block, but the nearest grocer was about 10 minutes away.
