サウナと水風呂の温冷加減が絶妙。水素風呂もとても心地良し。宿泊エリアも清潔感があり快適。アメニティーも豊富で良質。経営に余裕と北海道ならではの真心が感じられる。また利用したいとおもう。旅行者にとっては、ロッカーの幅がもう少し広いとうれしい。

It's a nice capsule hotel in a good locale. However too many people don't understand the word quiet and make far to much noise at very early hours of the morning. There is a lack of respect by guest for other guest trying to sleep. My stay was over a few nights and it was a common occurrence with different people.

良い施設なので利用者が多く、常時受付は混んでいます。そのため並ぶ時間が長くなります。事情はあると思いますが、受付の人を増やして待ち時間を少なくして欲しい。また、夜中等に歩く音が響くのでかなり気になります、利用者等に歩く時のマナー注意をお願いします。以上が少し気着いた点です。後は、良かったです。また、利用したいと思います。
