ホテル予約が、１日ずれて昨日であった。そのことがチェックアップ時にわかり、近辺に宿泊できるホテルを探すことをお願いしたが、該当するホテルなく困ってました。その時、マネージャーからの提案あった。 ①前日の宿泊料はもらっている。 ②今日は当ホテルも満室である。 ③しかし冷蔵庫が故障である部屋1室がある。 ④そこで良ければ宿泊料は昨日頂いからら提供する。この様な有り難い提案を頂き宿泊でき感謝してる。素晴らしいホテルである。

Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special.
