Only a few minutes’ walk from the JR Railway Station and easy to find the hotel. It has a spacious and impressive lobby and comfortable lounge. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

So glamorous, but affordable at the same time. The staff are very polite and professional, and wouldn't let a second pass before hurrying to help you. Very elegant, impressive lobby.
Spledid views from the wide room window. Very spacious and comfortable room.
I recommend having breakfast at least once, if not included, even just for the view from the 15th floor.
Very conveniently located in the town center, near the station and by the streetcar stop.
I couldn't recommend it enough

Our room was huge and even had a huge hinoki bathtub! It was very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It offered so many choices of local food of Nagasaki. The view from the restaurant was amazing too.

Only a few staff spoke English. No one helped to come to the lobby to help us with our luggage when we drove up to the lobby. Only after going to the counter a couple of times did we get help

Excellent stay - are is right in between the two sections of tourist attractions in the city, 15 minute walk to the ropeway.
The new onsen is amazing - hands down the best onsen I've seen in a non-onsen city.
They also had a crib for our 9 month old - free of charge - which was very nice!
