Great hotel and location.

The property was beautiful - the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the rooftop bar provided a wonderful view of the city.

Great easy location to enjoy the Peace Park, the Peace Memorial Hall, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb. Basically the main reason for going to Hiroshima. The hotel foyer (on 14th floor and great for views over Peace Park) is great, the room we had (standard double) are practical but small. Maybe go for the next room up if you want more space. The restaurant downstairs (Morethan) did our best breakfast in Japan! Fresh ingredients and the salmon and avo just delicious! Lovely staff in restaurant. Slightly surly bar staff upstairs!

Nice hotel, coin for free drinks not enough for all three of us, annoying as paid extra for 3 people. So one of us missed out! Room really tiny for three people. No breakfast included.

Enjoyable stay at The Knot. Property was conveniently located to the electric railway and walkable to Hondori and the Peace Park. Knot coins were a fun addition to the stay for use at the bar upstairs.

Perfect location for visiting Hiroshima museum.

The Knot has a lovely bar concept on the top floor. The area is central and has good access to many of the local attractions and different restaurants. It is near to the Peace Museum and memorial. As a hotel though it was the poorest of our trip. The check in was haphazard and then we were sent to an incorrect room that had not finished being cleaned. The cleaner sent a manger who took our room key off us and gave no explanation or apology. We felt as if we had done something wrong. I still have no idea what the issue was. But it left us feeling we could not talk to the staff further. The cleaning was poor however I feel for the staff- cream carpets in a hotel that’s vacuumed every 4 days it’s tricky. The air conditioning came directly from the smoking room. It constantly smelt of smoke when someone went on there. Our room was smelly and cramped. It was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night and bought room fragrance from Muji the following day. It was a relief to move to the next location unfortunately. Overall the concept is good but it is poorly run and maintained.

Well located hotel, the rooms were big enough. The free coins to get little jars of treats from the bar were nice, but the man serving at the bar rudely ignored me, letting people push in front when I tried to buy. The desk staff were unsmiling which felt awkward when arriving in very hot weather with lots of bags. Overall I would stay again but it was an impersonal place. The downstairs place to eat looked great, always full and noisy and busy. The view from the hotel was good, nice tree lined road. We loved Hiroshima generally. Would stay here again due to location.

Knot coins were a fun perk, snacks and drinks on the rooftop! Beds were comfortable and laundry was open late so was able to get a couple loads in! Breakfast was really good, many tasty options!

We were in Hiroshima for one night only and the location and amenities of The Knot were key to be able to visit all around the city downtown. The hotel was very modern, with friendly staff and option to store our luggage. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Hiroshima and will look into their other locations.

Excellent hotel. Room was very clean. We had to extend our stay by a day and the hotel was very accommodating of our request. Location is within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum in Hiroshima. They also have a very nice rooftop bar that gives you an excellent view of the city. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfectly situated for exploring the city, with great views from the rooftop terrace.

Loved the knot coins and the snacks. Hotel was very comfortable . Easy to catch a bus to. Walkable to bus station that goes to the airport. Very close to peace park

We loved our stay here! It was a lovely spot and very convenient. The only thing we noticed was that the floor and carpet had a few stains showing some wear, but overall, we loved our experience.
