The room was small, but sufficient for my needs. It was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was firm. The free breakfast was varied each day with typical Japanese cuisine. The staff were very friendly even though I speak no Japanese.

We booked a twin room for our family, two adults two children. However, there were only two pillows and two towels in the room. When I inquired about this, we were given two additional pillows, but had to pay for towels. Not expensive, but unpleasant, nonetheless.

Generally, I like its clean property, serving Breakfast is convenient.
When I checked in around 3:40pm, they didn't let guide to the room; needed to wait till 4pm, if you are not member of Toyoko-inn. I never had such way before. If I become a member with 1500 yen, then, they will lead to the room.
I thought this is something new, and don't like such way. As long as they say 3pm check-in, regardless, t should be done accordingly.

The hotel staff was very kind, the room was clean. In my room for some reason the body wash smelled really gross in the shower. Everything else was good. The breakfast, etc.
Especially for children I was worried about a printed advertisement with pornographic pictures in each hotel room. It was very easily accessible and located inside the movie pamphlet advertising other films. Please be careful if your young children are visiting so they aren’t exposed to those shocking images.

Brand-new, only one month old, the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed!
The room is not large, but very functional and comfort. I am impressed about equipment designs, the most efficient and convenient for travelers. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, too. Highly recommendable! Tips: sleeping ware and razor are not equipped in the room, so you need to pick them at the lobby for free. Breakfast is great but main dish is not much so if you like a decent meal you may buy an Entree (main dish) at local convenience stores (eg. Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) and bring it in. The hotel provides rice, breads, pasta, and miso soup.
