I had to cancel my stay but the reception was very welcoming and friendly. Next time I come to the city I will go back to this hotel as the location was very good. Quiet and walking distance to shopping.

花火のために宿泊しましたが、徒歩圏内で好立地でした。駐車台数が限られることがネックではありますが、親切に対応していただき大変良かったです。
テイクアウト可能な朝食のおにぎりもちょうど良い。
また利用させていただきたいです。

花火大会で利用したので人がとても多くエレベーターが一台しかないので部屋に戻るため待つ時間が少し長かったです。
暑かったので製氷器の氷が足りなくて残念でしたが、ホテルの方から事前に電話を頂き駐車場の案内をして頂いたのでとても安心して宿泊できました。

駐車場の入口が木々に覆われて大変にわかりにくかった、看板も小さく、(街並みの景観等の問題で看板が難しいのかも)でも、電話したら直ぐに外まで出て頂き案内して頂きました感謝です。

通行止めによる渋滞で、夜中2時に着きましたが、快く対応してくださいました。
また、朝食が手作りで、おにぎりの具も大きく大満足でした。大渋滞による疲れもとびました。
