Hi! I'm from Indonesia, in my experience staying at this hotel, the hotel is close to the MRT so I don't have to worry about transportation to go anywhere, there are lots of restaurants behind the hotel so I don't have to bother looking for food, basically it's very strategic if you stay at this hotel.

The location is good, behind the hotel there are many food stalls, next to the hotel there is a mixed shop selling delicious snacks and drinks, the downside is, this is an old hotel that smells damp, the roof has lots of leaks, the bathroom has no hangers and transparent glass cover, so it's not comfortable for families, you also have to deposit 200rm, when you return the room key, you get a refund.

Open the main door and immediately smell the musty smell in the lobby because it only uses a fan, it is extremely dark from the elevator to the room, the room is stuffy because it is quiet and has become a nest for cockroaches all the way to the bed, access is close, this is the first time our family is not interested in trying the swimming pool

I really like the apartment in Maplehome. The location is very strategic, the staff service is very friendly and the rooms are also clean. In the future, if I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will stay here again.

Not recommended, because there were 3 cockroaches in the room that climbed onto the bed, and I couldn't ask for a towel change because the housekeeping staff was no longer there, the refund was 200 ringgit which was unreasonable, more expensive than the price of the room per night.

The comfort of the room was full of cockroaches, the room was never cleaned for 5 days, the towels were never changed even though I had asked for it. There are not many TV broadcasts. Just 1x is not recommended, right?
