We look forward to welcoming you in our IMPERIO PROFESSIONAL SUITE. In the meantime, we kindly remind you of our basic home-stay rules.

Our IMPERIO PROFESSIONAL SUITE is neither a hotel nor a public place, it is a private place where we live as a family. We are happy to welcome you in our home, and let you enjoy our places and hospitality during your stays, however, we have some house rules and regulations for every guests to agree with the spirit of peace, harmony, amicability, simplicity, care, consideration and safety.

CHECK-IN: From 15:00 until 21:30 on the day of your booking- if you’ll be checking in later than 21:30, please inform the management earlier.

CHECK-OUT: Please be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure to enable the house to be prepared in time for next arrivals. Your stay in the room after 12:00 is charged as an additional day.

DEPOSIT: A security deposit of RM100 is required upon check-in for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Details damage penalty please refer to the “PENALTY CHART” placed at your house.

PET: Pets are NOT permitted in the premises.

SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises.

KEY & ACCESS CARD: Please handle key and access card with care. Please keep your keys and access card safe and not to pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the keys become lost or missing then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements.

CLEANLINESS: Please keep the premises clean at all times and leave no personal belongings in the common areas. Lease empty the refrigerator before you leave. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after use. Please wash and store away all items in the pantry area after use. In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks or shower tray. Please keep the premises clean at all times and leave no personal belongings in the common areas.

TRASH: Garbage is picked up from the garbage room located in every floor. Please be sure to pack all garbage in proper rubbish bags and throw it daily to the garbage room.

UTILITY: During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use. All electrical appliances like fan, light, air-conditioners, lights except refrigerator should be switched off before leaving the room. Please ensure that all water taps are properly turned off after use.

ACCESS: Under exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for the owners to enter the unit.
GENTLE REMINDER Do not forget to turn in your key, access card and utility pouch at the reception while check-out. Ensure every items in the utility pouch is complete.

LIABILITY: Parents are liable for their children, guests and personal possessions. We cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of your personal items or possession that you bring with you.

OTHERS: We deserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behavior. All our houses have been carefully prepared to help you feel relaxed and comfortable. Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as a good host.
