It was a pleasant stay at Jinhold hotel. The location is just right opposite the airport which you can get complimentary shuttles to catch your flight. From the hotel to town is just 10-15mins away where we can just order Grab. We are group of four and staying in the apartment, not to forget their in-room dining are delicious too. Overall good and friendly staff, nice rooms and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay.

It was a very "awesome" experience staying here for leisure purpose. Check-in and check-out process very smooth just need to drive through via it's dedicated drive through counter (I'll say this is a must for me to come back staying here). Friendly staffs and keep up guys!

Pros. - There is 1 universal socket, suitable for non-Malaysian travelers. - Toiletries according to the number of room occupants, me, wife and 1 child. - Large room. - Fast check in and check out service. - There is an ironing board + iron .- There is shoe polish, transparent, to make it shiny.- Dirty plastic clothes.- Close to the airport, and there is free transportation to the airport. There's more, but I forgot, I highly recommend this hotel. Cons. - Internet is only 3.5 Mbps per user, and can only have 2 users. - Far enough to the nearest mall, about 8 kilometers (Bintang Mall), quite reasonable because this hotel is very, very close to the airport. - AC takes a long time to cool, mandatory Close the bathroom door and windows to cool quickly.

The room was clean and big. My kids enjoy to have their online class there. But the first night, the air-conditioning was break, we felt hot and can't sleep well. On the second day, we able to change a new room. The breakfast and wifi of the hotel need to improve.

At first the room given to us was awful. Air conditioner was not functioning, door knob handle broken and wifi was not working. We made complaints and was given another room. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here!

The accommodation look exactly like the picture. I always choose this hotel when travelling to Miri. Very near to the airport and also have their own dobby. However the breakfast does not satisfied my taste. They should upgrade their food taste as this hotel is 3-4star hotel.
