It's a nice hotel for people that prefer a minimalistic way. The hotel is small but cozy enough to stay, and the facility is nice.
For people who bring their old family for medication purposes, there's an elevator, so it's wheelchair friendly.
A bit of walking around the hotel and we can find what we might need, like a pharmacy store, convenience store, laundry, and food.
And it is near a mall.

If you want to watch a match at Bukit Jalil stadium, this hotel is a good choice. You only need to walk for 30 minutes, but from the nearest MRT (Taman Naga Emas) it's like a 30–40 minute walk. However, the area is so walkable, so for me it's fine. I was in no rush. The best thing is that there are good restaurants around. Family Mart is just next door. There is Sushi Hiro. There's Mixue and other drinks. I enjoyed my stay.

A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL
