I had pleasant stay here. Check-in and check-out very smooth. They even upgrade our room to junior suite. Room and toilet is clean. Very suitable for family stay. Very nearby to eateries and malls. The only thing I find annoying is the hot water runs really hot. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

The hotel room is perfect and clean but I have to remind the hotel to do housekeeping for several days as they need to refill the drinking water. At the end, they can continuously doing it properly therefore I rated 3 star.

The staff is not friendly and welcoming, a bit ignorant. No phone in the room, so you must go down to the reception table if you need anything. But there are some good things, the 7-Eleven and Starbucks are in the same building. Also if you wanna order GrabFood, they allow the drivers to deliver your food till your room doors. They claim it as a 4 star hotel, but for me, it feels like a 2 star.

This place is very very underwhelming. Not the worst, but not the best hotel. The photos are way higher quality than the actual place that ' s quite run down. The lobby is dark, not air conditioned. Elevators and carpets were dirty. The room smelled a bit funny.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Get a discount for Starbucks when staying at this hotel. Very comfortable room. There is a beautiful and comfortable bathrobe. View Damansara at night, nice. Lots of free coffee/tea options. There is a mini fridge. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Parking is payable, about by hour, can use touch n go @ card. Better call the hotel first to know the location of the nearest parking lot with the elevator to the hotel (if you are first time because a bit confusing). Parking area is very quiet, a bit scary if you are alone at night. Just be careful, so far safe again. Receiptionist is not 24 hours. The location of the hotel is strategic. Overall nice experience even if I stay for a while (less than 9 hours)
