The location and nice room

This hotel was fine for an in and out stay. Clean enough but we felt kinda itchy. Breakfast was bare minimum of toast and banana with coffee. Ok value

Buena, las camas no son muy cómodas, las almohadas tampoco, pero me fue suficiente para lo que tenía que hacer yo en Saltillo

The hotel is in a fair location, but not within walking distance of a variety of places to eat (or shop, like the mall). The property is nice - it's generally clean. The rooms are very spacious and taken care of, but dated.

Primero la habitacion estaba medio sucia en varias areas, movimos un poco el mueble de la tele para buscar una conexion electrica y se ve que no habian limpiado en meses, con cucarachas muertas, habia otra ya muy seca en el baño, por lo que se nota que la limpieza no es prioridad. Por otro lado colocamos el letrero de no molestar y como quiera entraron a la habitacion. Despues laa 3 noches que nos quedamos habia fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche en el area de alberca, con gente altamente intoxicada botellas por todos lados, generando un ambiente inseguro, y fue el ultimo dia que era demasiado, con gente fuera de horario, muy bebidos, con musica alta y gritos, y los reportamos mas de 5 veces, y no los callaban, y la ultima llamada a front desk, ya amenazando con llamar a las autoridades fue con la que la persona del hotel ya con una muy mala actitud manda a callar a la gente, que terminaron su fiesta a las 11 30 pm. En general, mala experiencia, no vuelvo, ni pienso recomendarlos.

As always this place is great to stay staff is awesome and very convenient and close to stores restaurants and other plaes

Old and outdated furniture, room was small. There was an ant infestation in the countertop. Room and restroom had a musty smell.

The hotel is not the newest, but it is clean and serves its purpose. I really enjoyed the layout. I thought the price was good for including breakfast. However, it is continental breakfast and if you want the buffer breakfast they will charge you extra. Has an outdoor pool, rooms are clean and its an Hacienda looking place. Enjoy your stay!
