Bluu Hotel

This hotel is confortable, beds are a little too firm but you still get a nice sleep, pillows are one of the best I used. The WiFi will disconnect your device every 5 minutes so it becomes very annoying trying to connect back again. Nothing tells you that the systems disconnects you so I ended up wasting my navigation data allowance. Be careful with this! Breakfast is definitely something that sets this hotel apart. So many choices and is all INCLUDED in your booking price. You can choose your fruit, your juice, your bread and the most delicious chilaquiles I had in quite some time. Weather was too cold to use the pool, it looked very good but I didn’t use it. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so you will need to drive a few miles to eat it buy something. Do not even try to watch TV. The cable service or whatever they use is way too bad to watch anything, the signal is as poor as it can be. Overall I was nicely surprised by the room, (lots of space) and the glorious breakfast, but the WiFi and the TV really ruined much of my stay.

the front man is very very blunt and brusque person. Never smile, never say sorry, never greet, never have sympathy with guests's complaint etc.

El equipo de recepción fue muy amable, pero cuando llegamos no encontraban nuestra reservación y estuvimos 20 minutos esperando hasta que envíe un screenshot de mi reservación y pago en la app de Hotels. El cuarto estaba ordenado, pero había un poco de polvo en el piso (no se si días antes fueron días con viento) y el espejo estaba salpicado de agua; al utilizar dos secadoras de cabello, la luz se fue y nos quedamos únicamente con una lámpara funcionando. Nuestra experiencia con el hotel estuvo ok para nuestro propósito del viaje (dormir para regresar a nuestra ciudad) :)

There Hotel location is a bit far from places to eat. Breakfast was included no much to eat. Overall good

Hotel was an unexpected surprise. Staff was bilingual and as hospitable as you would find in any five star hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Parking was extremely safe. Pool and gym were top notch. Even the restaurant was amazing with great service and food. Next time I drive from the United States to Puerto Vallarta, I will absolutely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling to Cuatro Ciènegas and since everything was booked down there we decided to for this hotel. Great decision. Even though the trip to Cuatro Ciènegas was about 50 minutes the hotel worth the travel. Good gym, full breakfast included, clean facilities, nice personnel, new rooms, comfy bed. Monclova was like 15 minutes away so one night we were able also to go there for dinner.

Very new hotel with safe parking, clean and comfortable rooms and good onsite restaurant. We use it regularly while traveling.

Great place to stay, very secure, the breakfast was awesome. The only drawback is its not close to downtown but the drive isn't far.

We have stayed here four times in the past two years. We have chosen this property as they have always allowed pets free of charge. We have two small dogs each under 10 lbs. After check in the security guard told us that we would have to move from our ground floor to the third floor and pay an additional $49.00 dollars for the dogs. If we chose to stay on the ground floor we would be charged an additional $100.00. They said this was a new policy. We paid in cash which now I know was a mistake. If we had paid with a credit card we would have had a receipt and known the money went to the hotel. I feel as if they falsely advertised in their listing and overcharged for a free service late at night. I will never do business with this hotel again.
