Cabañas Lomas Verdes

The cabin was dirty, dirty towels and blankets. The location was too far from the main entrance, without car the distance to the main street or downtown was very distance. When I rented the cabin, they never told me what the cabin locatin ...the first night when we arrive , there was no hot water, we called the office but nobody answered. The furniture was too old .

The house was very clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean, we got enough towels. The rooms were very roomy, a bit hot since there is no a/c or ceiling fans. The shower has a good pressure however its very difficult to regulate the right temperature, everyone complained that the upstairs bathroom was very hot water and couldnt regulate. So everyone opted to shower in the downstairs bathroom with was easier to manage the water temperature. The kitchen was well equipped, however out of the 4 mugs only 2 functioned, since the other 2 were cracked and leaked from the bottom. And there was only 1 knife and the utensils were very limited, kind of odd since the cabin is meant for 12 people, so they should have enough stuff to cook and serve at least 12 people.

Property was ok . Did have some minor problems with the rain that caused but staff was prompt in fixing . Cabin was a little out dated .

Se entiende que es una cabaña pero totalmente se ve como una cabaña de miedo eso si tiene los utensilios para cocinar un poco en mal estado pero están refrigerador enfría bien y micro en buen estado la tele algo vieja y la camas súper incómodas no puedes descansar la taza del baño muy mal ubicada y sumamente chico el espacio moho en el techo de los baños y sucios

Necesitan cambiar los colchones, se siente en resorte, y los baños apenas sale agua, deben de darle más mantenimiento

The toilet was not working properly, I called the office to inform them and they never answered me. The hot water in one of the bathrooms was not working and due to the cold conditions of the place this is very important.

This is a car town. Event though my cabin was .8 miles from downtown. The hills are steep and unless you are used to walking such steep hills, it does get exhausting. Our cabin boy even got tired walking with us. No Uber, they have taxis, so you better ask the office your exact address of your cabin. The downtown area is very nice. The cabin had everything you would need to cook. Even a grill outside. The only issue was consistent hot water. Due to the mild climate, no AC in the cabins. When it gets cold, you can build a fire.

Is a diferent name wen you get there, i booked as a cabañas lomas verdes but when i got there the reception was under cabañas lupita, and they told me that i had to call the person joy rented me the cabaña and then they will take me to te cabaña but fot me that was scared or creepy, i mean book online and get to the place and there weren't a reception office is bad, so i called expedia and they helped me to find out what happened, the people from cabanas luipa called my name acting like if they were helping me since i got three but they didn't , honestly i accepted their apology because i i felt that a I don't have other options, initially i booked a simple cabana but they give me one with jacuzzi.

All was great.only problem they kept my id an d didn inform me.it was coppy of my pasport.not aceptable hans

It was better than expected. Beds were clean and smelled nice. Showers has nice hot water
