Encantada Tulum

This was a very relaxing stay! The staff were fantastic! The only thing I could say is i think there should be a coffee maker and a tv for at night

Excellent service and location. Love the fact it's a small resort with just a few rooms so very private plus adults only. The only negative was the private dinner for what I expected and what was given was way overpriced.

Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it

Staff were exceptional

This place is so nice. The rooms were perfect, with tropical feel, the food was great and the staff were always there to assist with a smile.

I didn't get a welcome drink and the shampoo and conditioner were not the greatest quality. However, the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

Amazing boutique property, lovely beach location. Restaurant onsite has great food. All the staff from the bellboys,valets, waiters were incredible, super friendly and helpful and would remember all our names. Isabel on the front desk was great with us and made us feel at home.

My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

The service at Encantada was excellent. We had an amazing time and I would definately recommend this hotel. Food was great, very easy to walk to get dining options. Transportation was a bit pricey and drinks. But excellent service

Amazing property and staff

Nice and Quiet

From check in, to the friendly and helpful staff & concierges that always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! It’s an 8 room property and private beach. The rooms have their own hammock outside (which I stayed in for hours), and the decor is serene and conducive to an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return and bring all my girl friends!

Everything about this property is fantastic. You could not ask for anything more. The staff is unbelievable. They make your dreams come true.

The service is impeccable, the property is located in a private area on the beach, and the rooms are beautifully designed to give you a tropical paradise experience. The staff and concierge will go above and beyond to accommodate your wants and needs and will address any issues immediately. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu is delicious and made with healthy and fresh ingredients. There are only 8 rooms, so the hotel is very private and intimate. Perfect for couples, if you’re traveling alone, or with one other person. The staff makes an effort to get to know every guest by name and even remember your preferences and trip itinerary. I will definitely come back to stay here or at the other properties under the same management if I’m in Tulum.

I chose this place for a honeymoon as it promised a peaceful stay no TVs, etc. It was the WORST experience ever! Ruined my honeymoon, nonstop, loud music, and from sunrise till sunset, construction work next-door to the room you could hear saws drills, or hammering the entire day long. It should be noted on their website. This is going on so that people can choose whether or not to stay there had I known this I would’ve not had my honeymoon here, and cried myself to sleep three nights in a row. I would love to come and stay at the facility again assuming the construction is done, but because it was never relayed to us this is going on it RUINED our honeymoon. We have videos showing just how close the workers are, and how loud they are, and due to the fact, there was no TVs in the room because it was supposed to be a peaceful stay. We couldn’t even turn on the TV to drown out the noise. We went back-and-forth with the property about making it right in our opinion as they were deceptive by not sharing the construction nuisance next-door. bottom line is so far in my opinion they only care about the dollar because they have not tried to make it right with us. Thus I will leave my review so no other couples have to endure this nightmare. If and when they decide to make it right with us, I will gladly take my review down, but it should be noted for future guests that there was construction happening there. They had it in their power to inform the customer, but they chose not to

The staff was AMAZING!! Great location and walkable to great dining. We took a advantage of the free bikes to get around. It was like the experience at a 5 star hotel!! Will come back again!!
