The property was a mix of old and new. The interiors were well appointed but it is a older building that is maintained well. Parking was a challenge since we did not have reserved parking ahead of time. Location is excellent and close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The riverfront walk is within a couple of minutes of the hotel and is a treat.

Staff were not welcoming, and on check out the man had a running nose and wiped it on his sleeve. Room was small, door hit the bedside table when open. My room towel rack fell off, the furniture was well stained and marked and the aircon had the vent held open with tape. The door did not open on first or second or even third attempt, toilet button was broken, door architrave needs attention and the list goes on.

Bed was comfy but unfortunately didn’t get any sleep. The window is paper thin and you can hear everything on the street below. On this evening, some people were fighting, breaking bottles, loud cars going up and down the street, a very vocal lady screaming at everyone every 30 minutes. Not ideal if you want somewhere peaceful.

the tv was not very bright very dark so after watching for a hour had to turn it of as to dark to watch needing brightness but could get that to work .could not use heat pump as it only blew cold air seems to not have any heat as all turned it up to 25 degrees no heat .

Front of house staff was amazing. Room was spacious but it smelt and looked unclean. Hallway was filthy like it was a used emergency housing property.
It was in a convenient area. Parking was poor and limited.

Central. Spacious room. Clean. Comfy beds. Excellent shower. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Delayed check-in as room wasn’t ready so they shouted us free coffees in the restaurant while we waited.

In a good position for many restaurants etc. Rooms were quite large but overall the hotel is quite dated. We experienced noise from floor above and also from external traffic. Beds and pillow selection were very good. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful

There was so much noise. People running up and down the corridors. I barely slept.I had to get up twice to ask people to be quiet. I tried ringing reception, no answer. The room was fine but overall the hotel was run down.
