Coron Westown Resort

A very wonderful 3 night stay! Great entertainment at the bar and nice drink selection. Large cleaning rooms with beautiful view. Water was nice and hot for a pleasing shower.

Amenities were great. Friendly staff. Great location.

Tried their buffet on our first day but there’s not a lot of option and a bit pricey with the quality of food they are serving.

I like everything except for the air-conditioning. Need to update the ac. Can’t sleep very well ac not cold enough.

Everything sucks in this place

Perfect for families, huge rooms. Very clean. Great housekeeping, refilled all toiletries including toothpaste and toothbrush . Love the pools

The property is beautiful. Rooms are big. But the staff (especially in the restaurant) was slow and rude. Breakfast buffet was constantly running out of coffee (hoping you would buy the premium stuff). No one seemed to care. Everyone was just walking around like zombies trying to do as little as possible.

Rent a newer section of West town the old one had a very, very bad smell, but the new one smells good

It was a great stay for all of us in this beautiful resort, has spacious rooms and lounge for us to stay and a bar near at the pool. The only downgrade is that they don’t have a specific pool for kids and adults only.

Front desk staff unprofessional. Paid our hotel transport from the airport but we were not given a receipt. On the day we checked out we were told we haven’t paid our hotel transport from the airport to the hotel. I told them that we already did and we got inconvenienced by waiting for them to check the CCTV footage to corroborate our statement. Which in fact showed we did. For future guests, please get your receipt for the hotel transport so you don’t have to experience unnecessary waste of your time. The room that we stayed, the air conditioning wall unit smelled stale air. Eventually they did replace it the day before we checked out. Only to replace it with a noisy unit and I mean you could not hear yourself think. It was replaced again with another unit. What a hassle and so much inconvenience for a few days of supposedly bliss. I do have to give credit to housekeeping and a few of the waitstaff namely Mona and Filbert. I can’t say anything good for the rest. What really makes the place are the people. It might have a nice pool but that’s it. As for me, not recommending this place to any of my friends or family.

In general, hotel was okay with a nice pool area. Food was ok. Staff were polite. What we didn't like - Our deluxe room needed maintenance ( AC should have been checked first before room was rented out, the bathroom door was so hard to open when closed). The towel policy where we had to rent the towels for P100/use is ridiculous! They said we had to rent because we reserved through 3rd party and not through their website when the rates were just the same.

5 Star recommend the Westown resort is good place to stay. You are safe in the place also coron palawan. The view is very relaxing looking the pool in the terrace. have bar to chill and ktv, restaurant if you want to peace of mind.
