Hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and polite! It was our honeymoon and they made us a very cute towel set of towels folded into swans and a slice of chocolate cake.

Had a good stay at Hotel 101. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Horizon’s Restaurant was located in the lobby, can easily order food anytime. Rooms, beds and all amenties were basic. I booked this hotel for it’s proximity to SMDC office. Walkable to MOA. Over all, it’s worth the price and would consider to stay again.

They refused to check me in early after a long travel. And yes, they have rooms available from what I heard from other staff. They only agreed to accommodate me after a few hours of waiting and I had to guarantee I will leave at 6pm same day (total of 8 hours stay). They could have asked me to pay extra for checking in early. I understand the check in policy is at 2-3pm but I am being asked for my review. If this hotel went above and beyond, I would rate them high. But they did not so I rate them 2 for no compassion and consideration, and having old room/bathroom/supplies.

What stood out was the great customer aervice of their front desk staff. Not because Iam a Filipino bit because they understood how balikbayans travel for many hours to get home. So we needed TLC and a nice rest for our tired bodies. Ron is absolutely great in helping me out. Thank you guys💕
