Hotels near Calle Real (J.M. Basa Street)

I stayed at Ong Bun Pension House for a few hours on my first and penultimate day in my Iloilo visit. I'm a solo traveler and this has been a really good choice. The staff were kind and hospitable. The area is safe and near the city tourists spots. I tried the fan room and the executive room. With the fan room, you will be getting a simple room and a shared bathroom. I chose this room since I only stayed at the city for hours and then went to the Gigantes tour. If you have the budget to do so, just choose the executive room since it's clean and comfier due to the air conditioning and your own private bathroom. Also, they offer airport transfers. As of my visit, it costs around PHP600 and it's exclusively just you. Booking in the app has been incredibly convenient as apparently, this place is quite popular for last-minute reservations and some didn't have a room anymore due to the place being fully booked. So it's a necessity to book in advance rather than doing it last minute.

Accessible to popular places like sm city, time square and gaisano mall and the fact that it’s in the same building as Robinsons mall

Good budget hotel in Iloilo. We had the room with the sea view and overlooking Guimaras. Very relaxing and beautiful. The comfort room is spacious too. Bang for the buck.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The room is clean so I had a comfortable sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when I visit Iloilo.

Honestly, I seldom visit home but when I do I always book my room here considering how the hotel room is worth every penny. I love how accommodating, squeaky clean, chill and beautiful the place is, whether you read it on reviews or experience it yourself, you definitely won’t regret it. Will make sure to always book at Goldberry Lite IloIlo, mabuhay po kayo! 💕

Perfect location for traverlers/backpackers.

Very accommodating and staff are polite and helpful. Cheap for solo travelers.
