View was very nice!!! Loved the Lake View so much ☺️ Staffs were accommodating and polite. Room was spacious and neat. My kiddos and hubby love all the area at the hotel especially the gameroom and the pool. Food was great! And lastly, location was awesome coz the mall and park are just across the street. We’ll surely be back for another staycation on this hotel ☺️

The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a great time swimming. The game room was okay. They need to replace the air hockey & Foosball tables. But they had ps5 and xbox available. The hotel offers free transport to the Ayala mall Solenad. We appreciate it. Thank you so much.

The AC isn't working and it's super hot during our stay. I don't recommend this hotel. It was dirty, with hair in the sink, the shower room was clogged, the fridge isn't working properly, and you have to slam the door to close it. We've requested a refund and haven't received any information or updates yet.
