Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location.

The room was very cute and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was very good, as fas as hotel meals go. The site is very secure and you need a key or to ring the bell to even enter the lobby.

Excellent stay, good location, clean, no surprises, friendly staff. Will definitely consider this hotel next time in Krakow.

It was an ok hotel about a 15 minute walk from the square. The room was VERY small and cramped and there was the smell of the drains coming from the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant.

I found a great deal that included Hotel Delta and flights. The Hotel isn't super close to the center, but it is an easy 15 minute stroll. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped arrange my transportation to the airport. Any questions I had were answered. And I was even given a map of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly hotel staff, which are very helpful when trying to find your way about! About roughly 15/20 min walk to the main square and shopping centre! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! All available tours to books with collection from the hotel! Room maids also very tidy, and clean!

Hotel was fine.Good value for money.5 min walk from old town,10 mins from bus/train station.Relatively quiet,v clean..staff were helpful. Unfortunately there is no air con in any of the rooms,we got an electric fan from reception.Rooms were tiny and we had to move because they had no double bed in the room we were placed in.Overall I would stay here again because it was so cheap,clean and quiet. Dont pay more then 18zloty in a taxi from centre of old town or central station,Krakow Glowny

Great hotel. Only stayed for 3 nights. If you book with expedia, breakfast is free. Room was clean and the staff spoke English. Very helpful for helping you book trips and very polite. The bed was very comfortable and they even provide a safe in the wardrobe. The Main market square was about a 15 minute walk down one street so was easy to find. There is a mini mart next door with another convenience store opposite with a bus stop at the end of the street, very well located. Cost between 15-20 PLN for a taxi to the bus/train station and the staff can book this taxi for you no problem if you do not speak Polish. Highly recommend.

It was an old hotel and old furniture. There was not much staff really. The reception lady is the one who brought us shampoo to the room (which we had to ask for!) and she was the same lady who came and fix the tv. there was alot of noise in the morning comming from the nearby area and since its only one floor hotel so you are very close to the noise. They refuse to give me an extra hour for late check out even though it didnt really look busy and it was just an hour. on the up side .. i would say location.

The room we stayed in was tiny, there was barely enough room for 2 people with 2 small suitcases to move around. The shower head was broken and the staff couldn't fix it until we were in the room because the room locked with a key (we were out being tourists). The maids also did not clean any of the days we were there and we were there for three, I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The wifi was also terrible it would say you are connected but then it would not work. Luckily it was chilly outside when we stayed there because there was also no air conditioning. I wanted to lock my passport and baluables in the tiny safe and onve it was already locked the battery died in it, the lady at the front desk had a key but i think if you hve battery operated safes you can at least make sure there are working batteried in each one. Other than that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable but I don't think I will be saying here again.

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean and nice room. Good value. The only shortcoming of the hotel is the distance from the Main Market Square.

Didn't look too promising at first, but second you walk through front doors I felt totally at ease. Nice reception area and very friendly receptionist puts you at ease immediately. All receptionists speak really good English and very helpful for local sights and taxis etc. Rooms were basic but very clean, serviced every day, towels changed every day if you wanted(they operate a green policy ie only change your towels if you leave them in the shower area instead of hanging them on the pegs in the bathroom) Hotel was a good 12/15 minute walk to Market Square but plenty bars on way if you wanted a break! Would definately come back here again.
