The best hotel we had during our stay in Lisbon. Jardim da Lapa was lovely and an oasis! The staff were really welcoming. The room was clean, ecofriendly and comfortable. The breakfast was above our expectations. We would comeback and stay longer!

Un séjour délicieux: le personnel à l'accueil est absolument parfait, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne (distance du centre faisable sans transport, tram à deux coins de rue). Plein de restaus et bars proches. Magnifique site. Piscine très agréable. Les avions sont un peu perturbants au départ mais les fenêtres isolent vraiment.

If looking for breakfast as a determining feature while booking, this is a must stay! What a selection and the attention to each guest was must appreciated. We didn't take full use of the pool or sauna however, it was clean and the area was looked after. The staff were attentive and helpful in booking transportation, restaurant reservations, and local sights & excursions. They also kept our luggage before our check-in time, at no charge in a safe and locked room, as well as after we checked out. I thought this was helpful, and much appreciated, as we didn't have to drag our luggage with us for the last day in the area. Thank you! The location was easy to find and centrally located to all the must see Lisbon sights with minimal noise. It was easy to get to the train/tram/bus stops which made using the local transportation stress free. I highly recommend this hotel! Wish we would have stayed longer as our other stays were not even close to this level of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and safety. We will be back!!

Two night stay in Lisbon. Area is very quiet- located on a street with some embassies. We found it a bit too far west from the action. A solid 30 minute walk from the main area. We had some issues checking in. We arrived in the rain and the main entry door is always locked. Apparently there’s a button to push (which never was obvious to us) that connects to the reception. Thankfully someone heard us knocking. Not sure why the button isn’t mentioned in the welcome email. Breakfast was well appointed- eggs prepared to your liking. Room was a nice size- quiet even though we faced the street. It would be nice to have the pool to come back to after a long day of sightseeing in warmer weather. The inner courtyard is very peaceful!

I love the location of this place. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lapa. everything you need. Very attentive staff at reception and breakfast. Lovely size rooms . My only criticism would be to have a robe in the room so that you could go to the pool when the weather is nice enough to have a dip. Other than that, this place is a little gem.

I've been to Lisbon on many occasions and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. I've stayed at the Ritz, Tivoli, and Vermelho (Christian Louboutin hotel in Melides) and none of them compares to Jardim da Lapa. Jardim da Lapa is a chic and quiet place, where you will feel at home. Lapa is the best neighborhood in Lisbon, quiet and residential and, yet, close to the best restaurants and attraction of town. Breakfast a Jardim da Lapa is absolutely extraordinary with a huge variety of fresh fruits and juices, breads and cakes, multiple options of coffee and chef to prepare your eggs as you would like. The staff is highly-friend and they seem to be trained at the best hotel schools in Switzerland. I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely return in heart beat.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were here for a week and had a great time. The hotel itself is in a good location, the rooms are nice as well as the facilities. The staff are AMAZING, very helpful and polite. It is a 3 star hotel but in reality it boarders between a 3 and 4 star.

We wanted a hotel that was quiet and not in a busy section of Lisbon and we found the perfect place. It’s an oasis with a lovely professional and warm staff. Jonathan is a sweetheart and very welcoming. The pool area is beautiful and clean. We could not ask for a better place.
