I have a great experiance staying at this hotel. The room very clean. We can use the microwave for cooking. Also they have mini kitchen. Close with the mrt china town. Just follow the exit F to reach the hotel.

Location near Chinatown MRT, very close to Seven Eleven and restaurants. Nice room design, comfortable mattress, available microwave, full toiletries. Very clean. Nice hotel pool with view of the building. A washing machine is available in the laundry room. Affordable.

Room is still new and very clean. There are kitchenette inside. Room is much more spacious than Singapore’s standard. There is halal restaurant and hawker around the hotel. TV is smart already (can be connected to Android).

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, my family with 2 children has small children, large and comfortable rooms, almost nothing is missing. Near chinatown MRT station if you take the shortcut. I came close to discovering the station very close :) I will definitely be here when I come back to Sing. Especially I was checked out until 3pm.

Excellent room. Excellent service. Just remove the overhead reading lights and make the lightning controls simpler and it would be an A+ room. There are literally more than 12 on/off buttons in the room to control the lighting. Absurd.

Were not good at following up with early communication about pick-ups and drop offs. Mischaracterized services, including air shuttle pick-up drop off, when that was not the case. Room attendants very unprofessional. Front office called room several times in error during quiet hours. Packed a 'Bento Box' having an open banana, soggy apple, dry croissant, and some underwhelming fruit pastry as a mechanism to leave, WHEN on the day of my arrival and family was allowed to gather food prior to the restaurant opening to gather a more complete breakfast to go. Was told, 'they are leaving' early which is why they were allowed to do this. But then, only gave me the option to have random items placed in a plastic bag for me to go. Key card was randomly deactivated during my stay. Was forced to provide MAC address in order to access the Free Wifi.

The location of the property was really good. Easy to walk to MRT and dining options, and close to tourist attractions on the MRT. The room doesnt have an indiviual bathroom, instead a separate toilet and shower and the sink is in the room so might not be convenient for some guests. Toiletries were good except missing body cream.the swimming pool was good maybe a few more loungers and could be open later after 10pm. Room was clean and was quiet. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Nice hotel but nothing spectacular. Close to the MRT station which can take you to the airport. The breakfast was just OK. Easy to walk to the river and sites. I was here on business but they did not have a business center which was a bit inconvenient, especially if you need to print something.

The breakfast item choices were wonderful and very delicious. The staff were wonderful. I reserved one room with 2 adults, and one child (17 years old that would consider a minor). The receptionist insisted to add an extra bed, but I refused. With 3 occupants in a room, at least the hotel must provide 3 large towels, but the hotel put 2. Staff told me that this was their policy. I definitely will not use this hotel in my next trip to Singapore.
