The staff was very friendly, the location is also great. Good choice if you want to stay near MRT/bus station and still close to the city (like Orchard/Marina).

I recently stayed at Village Hotel Bugis and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest advantages. It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks. Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers. Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. Overall, Village Hotel Bugis delivers an excellent stay experience that balances comfort, accessibility, and value—definitely a hotel I would recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

I came to attend a concert and was doing last-minute booking in this hotel, but the experience was superb. They allowed me to check in early, and I loved how clean the room was. Gonna be back for sure.

It was my first time staying here. The hotel is located in Bugis. Next to it, there’s a 7-Eleven, and across the street, there’s a 24/7 hawker center. Mr. Jimmy, the receptionist, was super friendly. The hotel is clean, strategic, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, near MRT Bugis and Jalan Besar. The room is spacious and clean, even the linens. Smart TV and good connection to the internet, there's a 24-hour convenience store nearby.

This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!

Everything is super great. The bed is cozy and more spacious than I thought. Bathrooms are always clean, and they even provide a hair straightener. The location is also convenient to travel around since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and many MRT stations nearby. The staff is friendly as well. I feel very safe staying here.

The staff is very accommodating, the place is very accessible where you can buy food ride a bus and also near in attraction like Haji lane, Arab street and Bugis. Slightly near in MRT station, just a 10 minutes walk going station. This is the best hostel to stay.
