We booked the hotel for 3 people, the check-in process went smoothly and once we got to the room they already prepared an extra bed for us. Pullman has always been the hotel with the best location if we want to go around Orchard and have limited time to stay.

There was a loud ongoing renovation during my stay near the 11th floor and an ongoing knocking sound until late midnight.

I’ve booked my room for the high floor but at the check in time they didn’t care and gave me the 5th floor which was the first floor of the hotel. The size of the room was smaller than booked one. No mineral water charged in the room . The deposit they asked in reception hasn’t been refunded. Absolute chaos in the hotel. My money was wasted and totally disappointed., … it is far from 5 star hotels in my opinion it could be something like 3 star hotel

For future stays, we do offer other room categories that are larger, and our team would be pleased to recommend a more suitable option based on your preferences. Regarding in-room water, our guestrooms are equipped with filtered water taps as part of our sustainability commitment. We understand that this may not be ideal for all guests, and bottled mineral water is available for purchase via Room Service. We continuously review guest feedback as we explore ways to better accommodate individual preferences. With regard to the deposit, we would be happy to review this further should you be able to share more details with us. To clarify, the deposit is released upon departure; however, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account is dependent on your bank’s processing timeline, which is beyond the hotel’s control. Location and service is good. The room was spacious. Didn’t put on the “clean the room” sign but the cleaner just cleaned it when they saw us went out. The TV’s remote was lagging. Very limited equipment in the gym.
