Great location with bakery, cafés & bars plus a Lidl within a few minutes stroll. Super comfy bed, good wifi & shower. Perfect.

Huge room with beautiful, full kitchen, comfortable bed, lots of storage for clothing and luggage. The bathroom was large with a double vanity and separate tub and shower. Our room was in a great location right along the Ljubljanica river but it was also next to a very busy road. It wasn’t too noisy with the windows closed but when they were open it was extremely loud and impossible to ignore. There is no air conditioning in the room but a fan was provided and the room cooled off nicely in the evenings. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It was very hard to arrive because is a NO CAR ALLOWED and nobody inform us about it so we need to park 4 blocks away and carry 6 bagas with us. Also there is no elevator so is hard for a Senior Adult like us the check in process. The studio on the other hand was very comfy and super well located

A beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and with great amenities. Perfect for exploring Ljubljana, in the old town near to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining where the local sights were and supermarket etc. Would definitely recommend.

Zois Apartment is located in historic area of Ljubljana! Walkable to everything in town. No elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up two floors. Parking was on street, zone 3 had best fee! There is a parking garage near by but expensive overnight fee!

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped for our family of 4. We were able to check in early and store luggage in the meantime. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is in a protected building with original character on the 3rd floor. The hotel is beautiful but poorly managed. The staff is kind, but the management is only interested in money. There were many issues during my stay which began booking for a week As a new resident to Ljubljana relocating because of war in Ukraine, we were first treated well. The staff was kind and waived the nightly dog fee for my refugee Yorkshire. Unfortunately when I found an apartment earlier than anticipated, the management refused to return the extra money for a week. The management also reprimanded the staff for dog refugee free. They asked staff to get money for dog for the remaining 10 days. Management does not appreciate the staff or good customers. After I chose to stay in the hotel longer even without a kitchen, management clearly only cares about getting money from people, nothing about integrity, kindness and doing the right thing. Ljubljana is filled with kind wonderful people, but not this company. Issue include lack of cleaning for entire weeks, music noise from apartments above waking me up at 3 on 4 nights. Poor sound isolation from other stavdard rooms. Incredibly loud street with cars and buses on one side of property which is fully mitigated by good windows. In summer without air conditioner it would be a serious problem, in winter like now, it was not. I recommend people stay in this beautiful city in a different hotel where management is kind and cares.

Great location & lovely check in experience. Floors very dirty & coffee machine had old moldy grounds left in it. Standing water in the drawer handle grooves.

アパートメントの広さや清潔さはよかったです。インテリアもアンティークを使用されていて、とても素敵でした。クリスマス前後で車は近くに止めれなかったので、少し大変でした。

Ingen aircondition (det forventet vi ikke) men i 37 gr. Bør man sørge for å ha en vifte som fungerer uten vanvittig bråk. Leiligheten vi bodde i hadde vindu mot hovedveien men vi måtte åpne vindu for det var uutholdelig varmt. Fikk ikke sovet noe særlig

Correu bem, local perfeito. Atendimento simpático e o quarto era mais que o suficiente para o tipo de visita que fizemos.

We stayed one night and it was ok - great location. We had a late check in and had to go to a whole different location in town (10 minutes by car) to get the key, which was a bit unprofessionel.

Très bon établissement. Typique .. Très bien placé au centre-ville, en revanche pas de possibilité de garer la voiture à proximité. Un personnel accueillant et serviable. Pas d'ascenseur dans l'établissement, mais trois étages seulement. Des appartements confortables et spacieux et silencieux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel
