Highly-recommended for family as we have assigned to a connecting room prior our checkin request. Separate toilet and standing bathroom, do not expect a big size. 2 big 28” luggage’s will be very tight constraint. Nice view on 21st floor where our breakfast is. A good view of Namsan tower.

A little far from central Myeongdong. But facilities are clean and comfortable. Especially there is a laundromat inside here. It's really useful in such a hot and humid season.

Me and my daughter went to Seoul... and we're so glad we chose this hotel. The location was great. It's not exactly right in the centre of Myeongdong street, so it's less noisy and crowded. Loved it. The staff were great (all speak English very well 👍). The room was clean. Overall very recommended.

Staff was EXCELLENT and Awesomely Helpful in all my request. Jun was incredibly assertive in making sure my items I needed refridgerated which was lei's from Hawaii stayed cool and I can't compliment enough how nice each person at the front desk were. The room was very clean and hotel was extremely quite. Perfect place to stay in Myeondong if you want to shop and get around. Will definitely book this hotel again. Love Love the STAFF.

It supposed to be 4 stars hotel. No.. no lobby, no room services, no restaurant. NO SPA as they have in description! They have hottab at additional cost. Totally misadverisement! I would never stay in this hotel if i would knew all all of it.

Property is on a busy highway and is separated from the Myeongdong shops. The bathroom walls is made from cheap looking plastic but is very clean. I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel.
