Highly recommended! The hotel is 5 mins casual walk from exit 1 Hongik Univ Station, the neighborhood is super hype, it really represents vibrant Hongdae (where you can literally find anything from culinary to big brands of fashion to cosmetics). The hotel itself is comfy and clean, the laundry coin is one of its best facilities. Thank you L7 Hongdae! Will definitely (re) stay here for our next visit Seoul!

Great hotel in a great location .
Only downside was that the rooftop bar which was supposed to be open until 1:00 am was already closed at 11pm . So no night cup for us .

Elevator service is slow and very busy- can be frustrating. Pool access is not included even though we were told it was—there are pool tickets given for day of arrival which are no longer usable after 3 pm—which is check-in time! An additional cost was required to use the pool, which is very lovely but small. Area is very, very busy with teenagers. Staff is excellent.

Many aspects about this hotel were fantastic, but the advertising was misleading about the facilities. The pool is not included and is 30,000-40,000 krw per person. Don’t expect to be able to use it as you would in every other hotel I have ever visited.

Though labelled as a 4 star hotel, this is really a 3 star at best. Room space is tight, amenities are cheap and flimsy. Always a queue for elevators. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Won’t be back for sure.

Nice hotel and good location. BUT, an absolutely terrible ‘gym’, not even worth using. Pool requires 30k won per person to use and it’s average at best. Rooms okay. Staff were really great and it’s clean, but could easily find somewhere else to ‘stay’ for a lot cheaper as amenities don’t add value to the stay.

Every thing was fine while my stay except the time I had to take a shower. If you take a bath it’s ok, but when you have to take a shower, the design in the bathroom is terrible, there’s no door in the shower and no matter how carefully you are, outside is always a pool. Please do something about it!

Great place to stay! Super convenient to walk to all kinds of shops; especially loved the thoughtful touch of a shower scrub in the shower.
Only negatives were pool use was a bit expensive, and bathroom sliding door seemed to need fixing.

Near hongdae station exit 1, so near the bustle of the area yet not too noisy. Easy check in & out. If you hold the wow pass, they have the machine on the same floor as hotel reception (which had vending machine if you’re lazy to head to CU or GD25 downstairs). The only downside for me was that the pillow was a little soft.
