Absolutely love this place. Stayed twice during my travels that’s how much I loved the location and comfort. Super easy to catch the metro. Lots of food options. Convenience store on the first floor. WASHER MACHINE. Everything was clean and easy. No contact check-in but they communicate pretty early and let you know luggage drop if needed before 4 pm. Check-in being at 4pm rather than 3 I think was the only downside.

We enjoyed our stay. We love the amenities that comes with this hotel esp the laundry option. There is no front desk, all is communicated via email. Their communication is clear and detailed. Will recommend!

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person about changing rooms due to view of/noise from construction and non working AC. AC in new room made a weird creaky noise all day and night. Uncomfortable bed encased in plastic with itchy, synthetic sheets. No bedside lamp. Cramped and bad design overall. No one should have to perform extreme feats of feng shui just to achieve minimal comfort in a hotel room. Honestly no idea where all the good reviews come from unless they’re all written by teenagers or early 20-something’s who have never stayed in a real hotel before. I should get a refund for how awful this was.

Overall it was a good property in a convenient location. It could have been better if there's English user manuals for in-house electronics. The wi-fi password was misleading. The property management could have a YouTube video to clear som confusion and for expectation management.

Brand new building - VERY CLEAN rooms (except shower floor could've been scrubbed better). Comfy beds. No check in staff - you get a text with your room number and door code. Luggage storage on 2nd floor (with door code). Major minus: you have to communicate with a chat service 9:30a-7p only. They're a bit slow sometimes and they always change their answers. Example: in the room it says "ask the day before about late check out, 10,000W per hour." So I asked the day before. They said "ask the morning of check out." Ok........ So I asked on check out morning and IMMEDIATELY they said "no sorry the cleaners are busy and need the full time" (I asked for ONE hour). It was odd because the building wasn't full at all, I barely saw any people.... Absolutely will stay here again next time though. Just two minute walk to Seomyeon nightlife, exit 12 of subway station. Nothing else is this convenient or affordable!
