Nice buffet selection food overall but having paid for meal I did I not think I need to pay for water or some drinks of course not including alcoholic beverages . Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner

El trato del personal un 10 el bufete regular poco surtido y el domingo y abre muy tarde nos teniamos que ir el domingo a 7 y ni un cafe pudimos tomar y eso que estaba pagado pero el personal de la piscina y del hotel un 10 muy buen trato

Regular, en parte por mala información por parte de hoteles.com con quién reservé, no especifica bien los tipos de habitaciones que tiene el hotel con lo que me llevo a una mala confusión y eso casi arruina mis vacaciones. El hotel en cuánto a calidad en general le pongo un suficiente, tiene 4 estrellas pero le falta variedad y calidad en la comida, las habitaciones muy simples, las toallas tienen más años que yo y tengo ya unos cuantos años. Después de mucho pedir conseguimos una habitación mejor, pagando suplemento claro y cuándo llevabamos ya tres noches durmiendo, bueno medio durmiendo en el hotel.

Para empezar el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, no se puede conectar la tele con el móvil y las maquinas de juego no funcionan bien y se tragan las monedas. Dentro de lo que cabe estuvo bien pero pudo haber estado mejor.

Hotel pensado para familias, aunque por desgracia hemos coincidido con bastantes jóvenes que asistían al festival de música electrónica de Villaricos y han resultado bastante molestos al estar bebiendo en la habitación con música a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la madrugada no dejando dormir a los vecinos. Por lo demás todo bien, buffet correcto aunque sin grandes lujos, en ocasiones se llenaba demasiado y había que esperar colas para coger comida o para que cocinaran más, muy próximo a la playa, con varias piscinas con toboganes incluso para los más pequeños, y animación tanto durante el día como por la noche, es probable que repitamos otro año.

Buen hotel cerca de la playa. Buenas estancias y zonas comunes. La comida regular, el pescado horrible y los arroces con muy buena pinta pero muy malos, se nota que los productos no son buenos. En cambio el desayuno muy bien. Además, no había ventilación en el comedor, por lo que no sé respetaba el protocolo COVID-19. Encima tenían una parte cerrada que solo abrían a una hora determinada por lo que se producían aglomeraciones

Tiene buenos servicios de comida y limpieza, ni una sarten ni cajonera para guardar la ropita mas pequeña en el apartamento, colchon de muelles, terminas con dolor de espalda, terraza amplia comunica salón y habitación, playa con socavón al entrar de gran altura con algo de grava. Gym y spa de pago adicional, todos los hoteles de la zona los tienen igualmente catalogados con 4*, parece que los regalan en vera. Falta de camareros a la hora de servir bebidas y recoger mesas y eso que es septiembre no me imagino en temporada alta. Reformado una parte, la otra no es muy vieja,pero requiere manteniento, ahh la lavandería no esta funcionando correctamente nos encontramos sabanas con manchas
