The front desk was friendly and efficient. The hotel is in walking distance to a mall with great restaurants.

Ideal for a night before a flight. They have a free shuttle service to the airport

I found the hotel very expensive for what it is. The breakfast was standard for the area and restaurant and bar limited hours. Not convenient for travellers at all.

Easy and quick check in and the shuttle to the airport is a plus .I don’t have to worry for transportation the next day for our flight . It was on time as we reservedthe time the day before.

Airport shuttle was as expected both ways. The check in was a bit bumpy. We arrived at 9:30 AM , were promised the room after 12:30 pm, fair enough. When we returned from Plenilunio Mall, after 12:30 pm , went to reception to pickup the cards for our room, the receptionist informed us that we have to pay for the room ! I mentioned that everything was paid once we made the reservation through Expedia ! Only after another receptionist took over everything was sorted out . Not a big deal, still a bit surprising! Other then that enjoyable stay.

Really nice rooms, Nice Buffet breakfast and transportation to the airport.

Good location but Too pricey

Me alojé con mis padres, principalmente por la cercanía al aeropuerto. Lastimosamente, experimentamos una situación desagradable y considero que no le dieron la seriedad que merecía. Hicimos el check in y nos dieron las llaves, fuimos a la habitación y cuando entramos, nos dimos cuenta que estaba ocupada por una pareja. (Entre otras cosas estaban desnudos en la cama, lo cual hace que la situación sea más desagradable para todos). Cuando bajé a la recepción de nuevo, la recepcionista (que lastimosamente no me quedé con el nombre), no le dió mayor importancia. Dijo q ir se equivocó y nos dio unas llaves nuevas. Enteramos a nuestra nueva habitación, olvidamos lo que pasó, porque al final, una equivocación la puede tener cualquiera. Esa noche, mientras dormíamos, nos abrieron la puerta, otros huéspedes. Claramente era otra equivocación. Pues, después de eso, no pudimos dormir bien. Al día siguiente, lo hablé con Recepcion y la única explicación que nos dieron fue que eso pasaba mucho Porque aveces tenían inquilinos que se pasaban de alcohol. (Esa explicación no tenía sentido). Al final, teníamos que irnos al aeropuerto y dejamos todo así. Creo que es algo grave y tienen que asegurar que no le vuelva a pasar esto a nadie. De todas maneras, creo q nunca volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel.

AC in our room worked very poorly. Restaurant doesn't open until 8:30 PM...so we had to walk down to KFC about 2 blocks. Nice airport shuttle, and check in was a breeze.

Decent size room. Very courteous staff and a quick checkin. Also, good, free garage parking.

Overnight stay before morning flight. Our room smelled like smoke and they couldn’t accommodate a move as they were full. On top of that, they pump a powerful fragrance into the lobby which was awful. I thought it was someone around me until I went to the sister hotel next door and noticed the same smell.

We stayed there one night. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well kept. We appreciated the shuttle service, and breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

This was an okay hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Laundry available.

No ice at the building, have to walk to next building to get at the bar. Bar tender gave me 1 cup of ice around 10 PCs. After 2 hours went again and get 6 PCs I asked more and got rejected with rude answer. Back to front desk told them the ice supplies situation with unfriend answer

Conveniently located close to the Barajas Airport, the area is kind of industrial park, but the Plenilunio shopping center is very close and convenient. The hotel is very nice, very good choices for breakfast, and very nice staff. As a plus, there is a shuttle to Bajaras Airpot. Recommended

Super. Comfortable stay after a 10 hr international flight . Bed , pillows and amazing shower ! Great staying

A nice place to stay when flying in and out of Madrid, quiet, comfortable rooms, some of the staff are really nice. The hotel doesn’t seem to be as well maintained as it used to be though which is unfortunate because it is more expensive than it used to be, breakfast and wellness spa are overpriced
