Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Gloria on reception, a big thank you to her for trying to help me so much with the problem with our transfer. Hotel was quiet so plenty of free sun beds etc. Only thing that needs improvement lent was that the beds in room are very hard. I did read this in another review before booking and thought they would t be that bad but found sleeping difficult and have come home with a very bad back as a result. Everything else at hotel was great though :-)

This hotel was in a fantastic location if you want quiet. However, to stay at this property you really need a car and their parking on site is 20 euros a day which is very expensive. There’s free street parking but someone tried to break into our car so use at your own risk. The fridge and fan was broken in the room and most of the umbrellas around the pool do not stay open without assistance. Their staff is not very friendly either.

the staff was friendly the hotel was clean but you cant say this is a 4 stars hotel.. the beds are too rigid and not a hotel standard. the elevator is too slow, uncomfortable and smelly. safe , towels and almost everything you use you have to make a deposit at the counter which rare for a 4 stars hotel that has pools and right in front the beach. not 100% recommended.

The outdoor facilities, such as pools and gardens were very good and well kept. Out problems were partly due to the flight. Because of the weather the, the pilot did not want to land at Palma; he killed the approach and flew us back to Barcelona where we were dumped with no help, advice or food. Our arrival time at Palma was to be 15.10 on the 10th of Sept.; our eventual arrival time at our Hotel in Mallorca was 04.00 Hrs on the 11th Sept. After check in we went our room to find there was no water. We are moved to another room but had to move back to the first room after 4 hours sleep. The room had hot water but not cold Water!! We were delayed again, having missed dinner the day before we nearly missed breakfast which closed at 11.00 AM. Although we had contacted the help of line of Expedia and were promised a rerun call Tel. call, we had no help and no call.

Location was excellent. Food was good but a little limited in choice - catered to German tastes. Disappointed that water was not provided with meals unless paid for. Very limited parking spaces. Much appreciated fridge in room - would have liked a kettle.

Hotel barely 20% full, so very quiet. Food choice maybe 95% of last year's visit ( choice not quite so good ) Plenty of free sunbeds, little noise at night as many rooms empty. Entertainment was rubbish...the 'winners' of the prize draw ( prizes = drinks from the bar ) were on all inclusive!! Fix??? Will go again in 2020 or 2021

Our room had two single beds together rather than a double and they were not very comfortable. We could hear quite loud music from our room from an outdoor bar until 2300. The food provided was of relatively low quality though you could always find something acceptable and breakfast was OK.However,the juice and coffee were poor.

The hotel was brilliantly located, at the front of an amazing beach with a nice beach bar. Difficult to move around without a car though. Food was good, sometimes a bit repetitive, but there was also lots of Mallorca products. It is a must to have a room with sea view over the bay, it is amazing. Check in took more than 30 min but the rest was fine. Also they changed our towels everyday even when not required, so not exactly environmentally friendly.

For a 4 star hotel, it was ok. We would return. Food varied and good.....but care needed when choosing deserts, as usual, they look great but are rather bland. Plenty of fruit at meal times. Show cooking very good. Enough poolside sunbeds in June, but could be difficult at peak times No bugs in the main areas, although there are hedges near the pool, and bugs may live in these..we had a couple of bites which we think we got there. Half board plenty of food, don't know how people managed to eat lunch as well. For h/b..you could buy unlimited drinks for 5 euros per person per meal. Wine/beer/soft drinks on tap. maybe not premium brands, but fine

It was splendid. We looked at the reviews and went in with a mixed expectations to be honest but were completely blown away by the unrivalled service offered. We were delayed to arrive (2.20am in the morning instead of 12.30) yet the reception staff was really hospitable and made us familiar with the facilties. The swimming pool and bar were great. Didn't use much of the night entertainment programmes but that wasn't a criteria for our selection of the stay. However, we were surprised the one night when inspite of the main programme being cancelled due to non-availability of the performers, the hotel staff stepped up and offered an impromptu disco session for the kids and a Lotto game (which we couldn't attend as we had to check out early the next morning). All in all a great stay with a splendid view of the seas.

Good hotel which was nice and clean. The all inclusive package was not really worth the money, a lot of drinks were not included, including bottled water and no extra perks at all. Meals were very similar every meal time but all cooked lovely. Not at all central but nice and quiet but has a tiny beach worth a taxi ride in to Alcudia.
