Marine Tourist Beach Guest House Negombo Beach

We stayed here for 4 days after travelling aroud Sri Lanka for 30 days. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, balcony was the best. Nice staff and a friendly and quiet place. Ws stayed at thw lwfr side of Negombo beach where there is no fuzz of people triyibg to sell you everything.

Central location across street from beach, friendly staff, modern building. Superior room with ac, fridge, safe, balcony good value. Negombo is good for the first or last day or two of one's vacation, after that it gets boring. Recommend this place for medium budgets or those with families.

A great budget option which proved good value for money. We had a sea view room with balcony which was fantastic for sunsets and evenings drinks. Room was large with comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel was undergoing some improvements while we were there. A few things felt unfinished but not sure if they were. Breakfast was an optional charge and pretty basic for the price. There was a fridge in the room so we could provide our own food. We enjoyed our stay a lot so booked for one more night at the end of our trip. We requested the same room with a balcony but the staff tried to charge us more for this when we got there. There was a lot of confusion over booking sites and amount paid and this took the shine off it a bit as we'd thought they would have been pleased of the returning custom. This aside, we'd really reccomend this place as a budget option for Negembo. If possible, request a high up room for the view!

There was both good and bad. I arrived at around 1:00 am and had a hard time locating anyone to check me in. I had emailed several days in advance to let them know of my late check in, but there was no response. I was given a very hot and humid room that had both an air conditioner and fan. The manager gave me the remote for the air con, turned it on for me and left. Within minutes I had another guest knocking on my door asking me to turn it off as it was too noisy. I mentioned I needed the room to cool down first. Shortly after that both my fan and air con turned off. I then had to find the owner again to let him know and he advised me that I my room didnt include air con, so he turned off the power to it. I then had to pay another $5 to upgrade to another room upstairs. At this point it was almost 2 am. Definitely frustrating at that time of night. The upgraded room was great though and was much nicer than the first room and had a view of the ocean. So all in all, it turned out well, but had a rough start.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good bathrooms and only a minute to the beach. Perfect for a quick night after or before flying. Would stay again.

Good for a night only, owner was good and helpful. Had to climb two floors to bring the luggage up to the room. Construction ongoing, good view but bad bathroom facility. Beach close by. Its good to stay if solo but not with family especially children.

large private room with small balcony. not much of a view but nice to look out. nice mosquito net and also a nice fan and cold ac.

예약하고 갔더니 갑자기 예약한 방이 정전이라고 그 자리에서 더 비싼 룸 권함 늦은 시간이고 달리 갈 데도 없어서 덤탱이쓰고 혼자서 3인실 들어감 에어컨 없고 앞 쪽 바다는 오프시즌인지 뭔지 알 수 없지만 정말 별로였습니다ㅜ 동네에 볼 것도 할 것도 없었음

Excellent guest house d'une propreté Exemplaire pour un prix honnête L'accueil est très agréable D'ailleurs j'y retourne pour reprendre l'avion car proche de l'aéroport

空港から30分くらいのネゴンボ市内にあります。タクシーだと1000-2500ルピーで行けます。（私の時は24000ルピー払いましたが、オーナーに確認すると1000ルピーで来れる距離みたいです。)私が宿泊した部屋はバルコニー・ファン付きの部屋で清潔で小さな冷蔵庫もついていて、飲み物を冷やす事ができたのは有難かったです。ACがない部屋でしたが、ACがある部屋もある様です。バルコニーがあったので、朝は買っていた朝食をバルコニーで食べました。オーナーはとても親切で、タクシーの手配など御願いできます。

I booked is three air-conditioned room, but after arriving at the hotel, we will only say an air-conditioned, but I see from the website information including my print reservation form are including air conditioning, the waiter asked us to pay $10 to stay another two air-conditioned rooms, there was no way to contact the HOTELS site, then the shopkeeper said that is the site of the error, second days I contacted HOTELS, let me answer has not seen any reply, I do not know whether it is the problem of the hotel booking website or, if the store, please everybody ready to stay friends stay an eye that 10 dollars is not much, but arrived in Sri Lanka on the first night of encounter this kind of situation is really angry, if it is the wrong website, the website can hope to give me a statement. 我明明预定的是三间有空调的房间，但是抵达酒店以后，说我们定的只有一间有空调，但是我从网站上面看到的信息包括我打印出来的订房单都是包括有空调的，店小二让我们支付10美金才能住上另外两间空调房，当时没有办法联系HOTELS网站，然后店家说是网站的错误，第二天我联系了HOTELS，让我等答复一直也没有见到任何答复，我不知道到底是酒店的问题还是网站订房的问题，如果是店家的，请以后各位准备入住的朋友多留一个心眼，10美金不多，但是抵达斯里兰卡第一晚就遇到这种情况真的狠恼火，如果是网站的错误问题，那希望网站能出来给我一个说法。

Accueil agréable, chambres spacieuses et propres. Possibilité de consigner les bagages. thé et café en libre service. Parfait pour arriver ou repartir du Sri Lanka.

息子は一見無愛想ですが、話してみると非常に親切で色々と教えてくれます。 お母さんはかなりマイペース。笑 ですが、お母さんも親切に対応してくれます。値段も安いので何泊もできるホテルです。

一早上去鱼市买了虾和螃蟹，然后老板也免费把厨房借给我hhh很棒。

ドミに宿泊しましたが部屋、ロビー、バストイレ全て清潔でした。 部屋でwifiが繋がらないのが残念だったので、オーナーに改善した方が良いとアドバイスしました。

L hotel est pret de la plage mais cependant il manque d entretien. Il reste propre mais c est une enorme bâtisse dont les finitions manque fortement d esthetisme (partout le cas au sri lanka) Petit dejeuné peu varié (meme pas un simple jus d orange ou autre fruit). Très bien pour une seule nuit car proche de l aéroport pour l arrivée ou le départ

주인 아저씨가 친절하였고, 가격이 저렴하여 하루밤 지내기엔 괜찮았습니다. 해변이 아주 가까이에 있습니다. 그냥 가격정도만 예상하시고 가시면 될것 같습니다.
