Great motel, attentive service, a bit out of the city but close to the train station so that was excellent

They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof.

We loved this hotel, we booked one regular room and one with a kitchen and we used it a lot. There is a great grocery just outside the hotel, staff is soooo nice and respectful, rooms are clean and everyday there is a cleaning service, restaurant in the hotel looked amazing although we did not had a chance to eat there. Bottom line we loved it !!!!!

We found the suite not cleaned or not ready for anyone
We were 4 of us but only 2 bathrobes and 2 pair of sleepers and no soap or toilet papers for 4 people
The suite was dirty , we were unable to turn the aircon off so it was freezing in the suite .
Maintenance was not available
Overall very expensive and very disappointed with the state of the suite and the lack of help from the staff to resolve the issues. The balcony according to the picture was supposed to have furniture but unfortunately it was bare nothing was there
