We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to the tour bus station and Old Town for dining. The hotel was very clean and offered a great breakfast for a fee. Excellent hotel choice!

Overall, the stay was good for the price we paid, but there were a few drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, even with the provided fans. Room service could be improved—we had to request essentials like toilet paper and shampoo daily. Additionally, if we arrived late for breakfast, the drinks, particularly the juice, were noticeably watered down.

Great location within 10 min walk of the main train station. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. AC in the room does not cool below 20 C so it gets a little hot.

The carpet stinks. Headboard is so dusty triggered my asthma. Place too small it is suffocating. Breakfast is okay but same menu over and over.

Stayed ina family room for 1 night. Sufficient for 1 night as it was quite tight for a family of 4 to stay there. Housekeeping could definitely be approved. Dirty wet dishes left in the dishwasher (left for me to clean and put away so I can use them) beds not made properly. Toiletries not refilled for the us and need for better cleanliness in the bathrooom.

Our fridge wasn’t working and despite reporting it 3 times nothing was done, on the 4th occasion we were allocated an ‘upgraded’ room. Lady was very helpful on reception and put us on the side of the building as we were booked for 6 nights.
