Crowne Plaza ZURICH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We spent three nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was excellent for the Letzigrund Stadium. Easy to travel by tram and bus around the rest of the city too. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows could be better!) and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet.

People at from desk ware nice , and helpful. One person did not help about tram ticket machine, and lie to me to, and said that ticket machine in hotel is for show and tale, does not work. Few minutes after I talk to receptionist, and she explained me how machine works and got tickets for tram. Was so made and felt like to ask why didn’t help , and lie. My wife stop me.

This hotel is really good if you don’t want to stay in the centre of Zürich as the tram is only a few minutes walk away no 3 takes you to the main station and no 2 takes you down to the lake. Within the hotel very nice clean public areas and our room was very comfortable with air conditioning. Bed linen was very good quality and all staff were very polite and helpful

Good hotel to stay. We were only using it as a transit so couldn't use any of the other facilities.

Hotel is older. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good and service from our server Hoti was great! Hotel smells of old drains, only thing we smelled on each floor and in our room

Crown was a great affordable option. In Zurich A little further out from the main city and lake but the tram is very easy to jump on and get around

Solid hotel with easy tram into the downtown. Convenient for the price. Our room had all the outlets in one place but other than that - very nice experience.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, amazing food. Also, really convenient for travelling around Zurich, Would go back and would recommend.

The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room. We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about. The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!

Excellent location for our purpose (attending football at Stadion Letzingrud). Really good transport links with two close tram stops.

Great hotel, staff amazing!!

Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather.

Lovely stay in a great hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Omelette a particular favourite. Pool and gym facilities excellent. Short tram ride to city centre about 15 minutes.

Located within walk to tram and near a couple of cool neighborhoods. Expensive stay in a minimalist room. Friendly service.

Great room and nice bathroom & toiletries. UK, EU and Swiss sockets in room! Good breakfast although expensive. Location not central but regular trams nearby.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. An excellent gym.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport and strategically located in the middle of the city of Zurich. Staff is courteous. We arrived an hour early for check-in. However, check in fee still charged and not waived. Rooms are clean. There is air conditioning. There are 2 onsite restaurants that serve very good food. I would still recommend based on location
