Located at 3rd floor of a conner shop lot, easy access to XiMenDing The restaurant below also not open too ealry nor until too late. Able to get a quiet sleep. The only challenge is have to walk a floor of staircase before able to rwach the elevator.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, which was about 5 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT Station. The hotel is directly above a Family Mart convenience store, which made purchasing of necessities very quick and easy. The hotel room was relatively well kept and clean. However, the hotel reception was located on Level 3 and the building's lift lobby was on Level 2. This meant scaling up the stairs with luggage, which was not ideal for my elderly parents. Fortunately, I was able-bodied enough to bring their luggage together with mine up the stairs. My hotel room's bathroom was an open concept, i.e. there was no screen that separated the shower area, toilet and sink area. Furthermore, the bathroom did not have any hooks installed on the walls, which meant I could not hang clothes or bath towel anywhere in the bathroom. There was no towel rack to hang used bath towels too, and the only place to place them was on the horizontal bar installed on the outside of the bathroom door handle. That posed a slight inconvenience. We feedback this to the hotel staff and they were not willing to take the initiative to even have a 3M wall hook pasted on the bathroom wall. For the price I paid, I would rather have topped up a bit more money for hotels that have their reception on the ground floor and with better bathroom amenities.

THE LIFT IS AT LEVEL 2 , NEED TO CARRY HEAVY LUGGAGE UP STEEP AND NARROW + CROAWDED STAIRS , IT WAS THE BREAKING POINT FOR ME. Location is amazing , everything within reach , room is very humid , AC cannot be used to dehumidified the room else the fan coil make loud noise , can't sleep the whole night , thin walls, paid almost NT 3k for one night, therefore not worth, if during normal days it might be worth your stay. Blankets are just very thin sheets like bed sheets. So the room is either very cold and humid , or dry but super noisy because of fan coil, feedback to staff and was told their AC can't dehumidified the room, not supposed to do so , humidity cannot be helped. The buffet one level below is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, but many things can't be helped.

Tricky to find even for taxi driver. Stairs to access elevator on 2nd which takes you to 3rd where rooms are, Even though I booked a NON-SMOKING room, my room always smelled of smoke. Hotel must allow others to smoke in their rooms. My bed comforter had a cigarette burn hole. Towels very worn and torn. For free breakfast you must walk to the other location (5 mins) a much better E-House hotel! Breakfast cook is very friendly,

Simple n normal hotel. Can’t expect much for this price. Consider very good for this price during peak hour

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights, we were disappointed that there is no elevator from ground floor to first floor, it was difficult for us to take our heavy luggage go up and down the hotel. Besides, they didn’t clean properly during our stay with the hotel, we still see diets and hairs on the floor. Overall, the staff were nice and helpful.

The price is too high with the quality of the hotel.

Located in Ximendeng with plenty of shopping and food option near the hotel. Near Ximen Metro station makes getting around on the MRT a breeze. There are two breakfast options, highly recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast.

It’s dirty , noisy, sticky everywhere ...I did not even stay there, the shower and bathroom has no divided .. meaning when u shower , the whole toilet gets wet, I looked at the room for 2 mins and left straight away they keep on telling me no refund ... I said ok charge the first night and I will book somewhere else, it’s so disgusting .......staff not friendly at all ......

Lots of noise from the street, including construction.

Asked for quiet room and they gave me a room next to construction that woke me up early after getting to my room late at night from 32 hours of traveling. They changed me to quiet room the next day but why not honor my request in the first place. New room had only local TV as opposed to what they state on booking site. Good location and breakfast buffet but in a different building that is hard to find. WiFi is not consistent

The hotel is close to the station so very practical and staff was very nice and they provide complimentary cup noodles, snacks and coffee/tea in the lobby. However, no lift from ground floor (only between 2nd and 3rd floor). The room we stayed in had a bit of a funky smell when the AC had been off during the day. We had breakfast included in our room rate, however, the hotel has two branches and the hotel breakfast was served in the other branch (or you could go next door for KFC breakfast with the breakfast voucher) which was a few mins walking distance away. Not very practical.

This hotel totally do not have any lift facilities on the ground floor with a very high stairs to the 2nd floor before you can get to access to the lift. With my heavy luggage, it took me such great efforts to get up. Tv & Cable tv is not exactly friendly at all
