Great breakfast

The breakfast along with live music was great. Love the mushroom soup.

We reached at about 5pm and check in easily. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room is big and breakfast included. Breakfast menu is provided for ordering and served after order. Good breakfast selection and food are good. Front office also provided us the booking service of taxi for our trip to Kaohsiung the following day.

We arrived on a very busy weekend and the place was packed. Consequently we had to wait for a table for breakfast. However we were entertained by a duo playing the piano and double bass Breakfast was all Asian. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed The location was excellent. Restaurants were about a 10 minute walk away. We got taxis to visit the main sites

Nice boutique hotel. Small and efficient. Breakfast is order to made and it’s delicious. Non smoking facilities and that is a big plus for me. Room is a little small to my liking and can use better lighting.

Comfortable to stay and good breakfast.

Our favorite stay of our Taiwan trip so far! The rooms are beautiful, elegant, clean, and spacious. Made to order breakfast is also delicious! There is free parking. Would definitely come back!

The staff is really kind and helpful. The property is charming, though rooms without coridors are not comfortable enough, while the bathroom sliding doors are not at all practical and give little privacy. The two biggest issues are surrounding area: mixure od dasty dirt lots, car washing facilities and storages, with a few restaurants, shops, etc. The other big issue is easier to change: breakfast. They serve lunch meals for breakfest from the menus, with no eggs, cheese, marmalade, bread, etc. There is no Chinese options either, exept rice. If you are vegetarian or vegan, there is hardly anything to eat.

Good location, friendly staff, great inclusive breakfast, modern clean line design. We were given rooms with window blocked by a building under construction, but the front desk changed rooms for us without any issues.

Classy and cozy

Hotel de L'eau was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent art in the lobby, not just hotel art. The room was similarly beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great shower, too. Service and included breakfast were both great. Highly recommended!

They have renew exhibition in every six months. The exhibition guide is very professional.

Request for matches or lighter to light up a candle for our friends birthday.. staff look blank and said “Do we have lighter??” What kind of respond is that..

One of worst front desk staff I ever encountered with an answer “No” or “Don’t know” or “U can’t use this cup” “sorry u can’t have extra toast”. Most dysfunctional hotel. Bed was not made, cup wasn’t washed when returned back to the room after a hard day.. absolutely not appreciated

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of, from making sure we had a taxi booked for the train station on our departure date to ensuring that my kids ate breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. It was very roomy, with 2 bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious. The staff spoke excellent English as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

beautiful hotel with great breakfast! Love that it isn't a buffet breakfast but rather a order and serve. It also tasted very good. Also like that the hotel was not over crowed and very nicely designed

Staffs are friendly and professional, they always did the best impossibly could to accommodate customers need. Room is clean and tidy.
