The room is spacious. The bed is not soft but it doesn't hurt my back. The blanket and bed sheet are quite old (but I think it should be clean). The area outside the room is not very clean. The floor is not very clean. The bathroom light is broken. It might be during the rush to clean and I saw the housekeeper still not finished cleaning several rooms when I entered. We checked in at 4 pm. The room was not finished cleaning and had to wait for about 5-10 minutes. We booked a single bed but the receptionist said we would get a double bed. So I replied that I checked carefully before paying that it was a single bed. In fact, the staff saw it wrong. (P.S. I used to work in a hotel before so I know what a single or double bed is called.) The receptionist looked tired from many customers and didn't speak very nicely. She was a female staff. Overall, it's okay. The location is convenient to travel in the city. If you stay during off-peak hours, you should get better service. The room price is cheaper than other places.

Call the staff to inquire about changing to another room.
