The staff is very good. Today I went to inform about changing the room. The male staff spoke well, provided good service, and gave very good recommendations. I stay here every time I come to relax. This time, I booked for 4 nights. There is construction next to the hotel, but the staff initially informed me that this room would be noisy (we informed them and accepted it). Thank you for seeing our vacation at the end of this year as important. 🫶

Overall, it's good. The only downside is that there's little parking and the staff can be a bit confused. I stayed for 5 nights, but they only let me check in for 3 nights.

I have used the service many times, but this time I was very disappointed because I made a request in advance when booking a room, but when I went to check in, the staff did not know anything. They just said they did not know. When I told them to check the details on the booking form, they finally understood, which is that they had never read the details. So I decided that if they did not care about customers, I would stop using the service here forever.
