The room is good, there is a swimming pool, but the bathroom around the pool. No cleaning, smelly, all staff are lovely. good service

Has booked a room with a balcony Which before booking, have asked the receptionist whether there are rooms with balcony available or not Because I have reviewed the room reviews The staff informed that there is a room available. Therefore booking a room to pay more expensive than a normal room But when reaching the actual room Turned out to be a cheaper room without a balcony, so contacted the receptionist. Instead received the answer that the room is full No apology There are no solutions. But after arriving at the hotel late at night, stay normally. But not very impressed
