Highly recommended!! Clean and spacious room, the twin bed size [is] big like [a] queen size bed. Great staff. Great location [with] walking distance to several malls (Central World, Platinum, Big C, etc), Pratunam Market, December, Tofu, and my fave 7-Eleven right next to [the] hotel via [the] hotel side entrance. [The] hotel provide[s] free shuttle to [the] nearest mall every 2 hour[s], start[ing] from 10 AM till 6 PM with advance booking. Room facilit[ies are] complete with [a] microwave, big refrigerator, etc. In the lobby [they] provide complimentary cold drinks (some tea, etc) and hot [drinks] (coffee, latte, chocolate, etc) start[ing] from 10 AM till 6 PM

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Room: My room was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The bed was plush, the pillows were perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the modern decoration and the spacious bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Service: The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff available 24/7. They helped me with everything from luggage assistance to restaurant recommendations.

We are striving to complete our renovation plan including the lobby and rooms, to fulfill our customer satisfaction. Therefore, we would like to keep you informed that the renovation plan will be started from 01 March - 09 August 2024. The working hour is starting from 09.00 hrs. until 20.00 hrs. as following. - Lobby Zone 1, 2 (ground floor) from 1 March - 31 May., 2024 - Presidential Suite Fl.30, Deluxe Suite Courtyard/ Junior Suite Courtyard Fl.29 from 30 April - 23 June, 2024 - Grand Deluxe Executive Fl.27-28 From 30 April - 9 August, 2024 - Family Connecting Room Fl.25-26 from 15 June - 9 August, 2024. During the renovation period some of noise, dust and smell disturbance that may be caused. And noise hours will be from 10.00 hrs. until 20.00 hrs. But all facilities are available as usual. The location is good and strategic but the room is not sound proof from construction in front of petchaburi road. It was so noisy at night and it really could disturb the sleep. The hotel asked deposit for 4000 bath for 4 days which is too much for deposit .Hotels usually only ask 1000 bath regardless how many nights you stay. One more problem is about the water drainage in the shower area. The water flow after showering can't flow smoothly on the floor around shower area so that the water still pools on the bathroom floor. It is quite annoying. Hotel shoul fix the manhole cover to make the water can flow faster.

As soon as we arrived at the lobby, they saw the three of us and immediately charged us an additional 2.5 million for just 4 nights! Even though the bed could fit 4 people! It doesn't make sense that they asked for a 5,000 baht deposit! This hotel is crazy.

I stayed at Centre Point Plus Pratunam for 5 days 4 nights for 4 pax. Very impressive since the first time I got out of the taxi. The security staff at the door always helped us open the door and help us unload our luggage, it really helped us women with so many and big luggage.
Ambiance/Facilities: This hotel has complete facilities that we need such as a microwave, a large refrigerator for a hotel size, cutlery and others. A little input for the sound of the air conditioner is a bit noisy but not too disturbing, maybe it can be paid more attention.
Food: I can't give a review about the food because I didn't take the breakfast package at the hotel :(
Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very friendly and impressive. ALL STAFF without exception. Since the first time I arrived, the front office helped me to exchange my large bills. Requests for cutlery, towels, etc. came quickly.
Highlights: My flight schedule was at midnight but I was able to relax comfortably at the hotel from check out time until the afternoon even though it was only in the hotel lobby.
Price: The price offered was reasonable even though I went during the holiday season. And with the facilities provided, it was very worth it.
Location: This hotel has a very strategic location, I can reach many of my destinations just by walking. This hotel also has 2 sides of the door which is very effective. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Thailand.

Highlights: My flight schedule was at midnight but I was able to relax comfortably at the hotel from check out time until the afternoon even though it was only in the hotel lobby.
Price: The price offered was reasonable even though I went during the holiday season. And with the facilities provided, it was very worth it.
Location: This hotel has a very strategic location, I can reach many of my destinations just by walking. This hotel also has 2 sides of the door which is very effective. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Thailand.
