Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 08:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

CHILDREN AND FAMILY
At ChingCha, we also provide a Family dorm room up to 3 persons, therefore parents with children are absolutely welcome. A maximum of one child aged under 10 years old can also stay in a private room and share an existing bed with his/her parents with additional charge of 20% from the full amount.
* Please be noted that we don’t provide any extra-bed.
* Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our dorm rooms alone.


AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION
- All Amendment and Cancellation must be in writing by Email in advance ,it can be done more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, Telephone call are not allowed and sufficient notification of cancellation.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival date will incur a penalty of one night’s cancellation fee
- Room and Bed Cancellation made during your stay at ChingCha hostel, you will be charged at full amount due.
- Room and Bed Amendment is subject to the availability.

PRIVACY
Your personal data and information will be kept privately. We might send you the newsletter every once a while, but you can say no if you don’t want to hear from us. (Of course we’d be sad, but totally understand)

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY
We are Environmental Friendly hostel.
To sustain our world environment, please help us to conserve the water and energy by :
- Reusing of the bed linen and towel.
- Have the Air-Conditioner and the light off before you leave the room.
We sincerest appreciated your consideration and concern to the environment and our world.

SMOKING
Smoking indoor is not permitted. We provide smoking area outside the building.
A THB 2,000 will be charged to anyone who smokes in public places according to Thai laws.

CHIGCHA’S GUEST SAFETY AND HEALTH MATTERS
The ChingCha hostel provides 24-hour CCTV surveillance. ChingCha Hostel area and rooms are accessed by keycard.
To ensure your safety and healthiness during your stay, we also provide the “BUG CLEAR SERVICE” which can help to protect you from uninvited tiny monster, using the Non-Toxic hot steam cleaner, with no chemicals or artificial scents, to sanitize the surfaces of your Backpacks or Suitcases. The service is provided at the FRONT DESK up on your CHECK-IN.
