5. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. An extra charge of 200 THB per night applies for additional adults or children over 4 years old. (Children aged 0-4 years stay for free.) Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay.
6. If the number of occupants exceeds the allowed limit or if unregistered guests are found in the room, a fine of 1,000 THB per person will be applied, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay.
7. Guests must compensate for any lost or damaged hotel property according to its value.
8. Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 2,000 THB.
9. Refrain from loud noise or any sound that disturbs other guests. Fighting or conflicts within the premises are strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 2,000 THB, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay.
10. No pets of any kind are allowed inside the hotel premises. Violators will be fined 2,000 THB.
11. Bringing strong-smelling foods such as durian into the room is not allowed. Violators will be fined 2,000 THB.
12. Cooking inside the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
13. Bringing dangerous objects or illegal drugs into the hotel is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 10,000 THB.
14. The hotel will assess damage charges for excessively stained linens.
15. Please check your valuable belongings before leaving the room. Do not leave valuables inside the room. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
16. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the room has been booked and paid for.
17. If guests wish to extend their stay, Please payment for the next night must be made before 12:00 PM on the same day.

It does not look as nice as on the pictures, but for the price its a fantastic little place, with friendly staff, and at a good location. Internet was an issue though. I used mobile data the whole time I was there, because I had some Zoom meetings and conference calls.

Stay here every year at least 4-5 times, the place is spacious, there is a parking lot, the staff and maid are very welcoming, TV is now renovated after watching only a few channels. The only thing about food to eat is difficult to find, must be carried from outside. Super 108 shop now focuses on delivering products as the main thing, essential items are very few, open late, close early. That is considered good, recommended.Spacious room, a lot of plugs, there is a dishwasher and a balcony.
